Nominations of student essays are now being accepted for the 2018 Peter Rotter and Teague-Melville Essay Prizes. If your students have produced superior work, please consider nominating their papers. All instructors/TAs are limited to three nominations and any submissions beyond that will not be considered.
ENGR 96B, offered through the Henry Samueli School of Engineering, introduces students to the basic principles of photography and its applications to imaging objects in space. The course covers the history of imaging from the pinhole camera to the basics of charged coupled devices (CCDs) to complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) imagers.
